Lake Michigan

Orchard Beach State Park...Manistee MI is lovely. Backed up to Lake Michigan that honestly, other than the fact that it is fresh water, looks just like an ocean. No land to be seen across...Beautiful landscape however, erosion is getting the best of it's shores, at least on it's easterly side where we are camped. Great hiking. Tomorrow off to the other side of Lake Michigan - have a reservation at JW Wells State park which is just east of Wisconsin...Slow but sure...my new motto!
